LiveTracker

Effective 2 August 2026

Privacy

LiveTracker stores the information you add so it can organise and display your gig history.

Information we store

We store your account details, profile settings, gigs, ratings, favourites, uploaded files, and service connection details. We store provider access tokens in encrypted form.

Uploads

We process tickets, email files, spreadsheets, and photos to find gig details. Photos can include capture time and location metadata. You can review matches before adding them to your gig list.

Public profiles

Your profile and gigs are private unless you enable public sharing. You control your public profile, Top 8, and follower settings.

Connected services

When you connect Apple Music, Spotify, TIDAL, or an event service, LiveTracker uses it only for the features you request. Provider access and refresh tokens are encrypted. You can disconnect Spotify or TIDAL in Settings. LiveTracker then deletes the stored connection tokens and stops requesting your provider data.

Data control

You can export your gig data or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes your LiveTracker records and uploaded files.
